Returns & Cancellations

Cut lengths
Cut lengths are cut to order and cannot be returned unless the cloth is faulty or does not match the approved sample.
Faulty goods
Report any fault within 14 days of delivery with photographs and the metreage affected. We will replace, credit or refund.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before cutting begins. Once cutting has started the order cannot be cancelled.
EU & UK consumer withdrawal
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, goods must be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
