Contract
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Until then, prices and availability are indicative.
Pricing
Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout. Quantity discounts are not applied automatically: any discount is reviewed by our sales team after the order is placed, and is shown on the final invoice before dispatch.
Title
Title passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery.
Colour
Fabric is a natural product. Slight variation between dye lots is normal and is not a defect. Approval samples are retained for reference.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
